How to prepare
Chicken Fajitas
- Combine thinly sliced chicken breast, onions and mixed peppers with a pack of Fajita Seasoning Mix (Mild or Medium).
- Heat oil in a pan and add the above and fry.
- Heat the Tortillas and top with chicken, salad leaves, guacamole, salsa and cheese.
Guacamole
- Combine mashed avocado, diced plum tomatoes, diced red onions, coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and lime juice to make guacamole.
Nachos
- Add Tortilla Chips as a base for the Nachos and top with grated cheddar cheese and pop in the microwave for a minute to melt the cheese.
- Top with tomato and onion salsa and chillies.
Salsa
- Combine finely chopped tomatoes, red onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and lime juice and serve fresh.
