Oven baked fish is simple, tasty and healthy. The slightly smoky flavour of the fajitas goes so well with salmon.

Salmon with Fajita Cream |

800 g salmon fillets |
0.5 tsp Santa Maria Rock Salt |
1 sachet Santa Maria Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix |
150 ml mayonnaise |
3 tbsp chopped coriander |
How to prepare
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle on the salt.
Mix the Fajita Seasoning Mix with mayonnaise and fresh coriander to make the fajita cream.
Spread the fajita cream onto the salmon.
Oven bake the fish for approx. 30 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with salad.
