How to prepare
- Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
 - Cut the potatoes into thick wedges, leaving the skins on. Coat potatoes in oil and Fajita Seasoning Mix, to taste.
 - Lay on a baking tray and cook in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until well browned and cooked.
 - Serve immediately with Soured Cream Topping.
