Hoe bereiden
Kebab
Soak the skewers
Mix all the ingredients for the kebab. Shape long kebab skewers, and flatten a bit so the color becomes finer on the grill. Grill on high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Salad
Cut tomato, cucumber and onion into small cubes and finely chop the parsley.
Place everything in a bowl and mix in lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Hummus
Rinse the chickpeas.Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender into a smooth hummus.
Serve the kebab, salad and hummus in warm pita bread.
Tip! Shish kebab means kebab on skewers. You can change the minced beef to minced lamb.
