1 dl room
1 stuk ui
500 g kipgehakt
1 stuk ei
1 tl zout
2 el boter

Hoe bereiden

  1. Mix breadcrumbs with cream in a mixing bowl, let swell 5 minutes.
  2. Chop the onion finely. 
  3. Add onion, minced chicken, egg and spices to the breadcrumb mix and blend well. Form the mix into meatballs. 
  4. Heat a skillet with butter and fry the meatballs on medium heat until they are done, for about 7 minutes.
