We took the traditional beef burger and added our fajita seasoning to give it a Mexican flavour. Cook on the grill and share with family and friends.

2 tbsp Mayonnaise |
Santa Maria Yellow Chillies |
How to prepare
Mix together the minced beef, egg and Fajita seasoning mix and form into burgers.
Preheat the grill (or grilling machine) and cook burgers for about 3 minutes each side or until well cooked.
Spread tortillas with mayonaise, add the burger, place cheese, sliced onion, tomato, lettuce and Yellow Chillies on top.
Fold and serve with your chosen side dish.
