We've created our All in one Fajita recipes to make fajitas even more convenient. Instead of frying the ingredients separately, you cook the lamb and then add the vegetables. You get the same great fajita flavour in half the time! Experiment with steak, prawns and any of your favourite vegetables.

1 sachet Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning Mix Medium |
1 onion, sliced |
1 green pepper, sliced |
1 red pepper, sliced |
8 Tortillas Santa Maria Plain Flour Soft Tortillas |
How to prepare
- Coat lamb in oil and the Fajita Seasoning Mix.
- Fry the lamb until well browned.
- Add onion and peppers and cook until the meat is to your liking.
- Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, Soured Cream Topping, Guacamole Style Topping and jalapeños, then roll up and enjoy!
