Browned butter is always right! Here, we drizzle spicy browned butter over oven baked beet roots and top with roasted almonds. Tasty, quick and easy!

| 10 kpl punajuuria | 
| 100 g voita tai öljyä | 
| 1 tl Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper | 
| 1 tl Santa Maria Inkivääri, jauhettu | 
| 1 tl Santa Maria Juustokumina | 
| 2 rkl sitruunamehua | 
| 1 dl persilja | 
| 0.5 dl rouhittua mantelia | 
Tee näin
- Boil the beetroots in salted water until they are soft with a slight core in the middle. Peel and cut them into smaller pieces.
- Brown the butter while stirring. Add black pepper, ginger, cumin, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley and remove from the heat.
- Put the beetroots in a serving dish and top with the browned butter and coarsely chopped toasted almonds. Serve, for example, as a side dish to a nice piece of fish.
